Ms. Helen Coleman began serving soul food to the Central District of Seattle in 1970. Five decades later the location has changed, but the love behind each meal has not. Ms. Helen’s Soul Bistro is now located in Renton, with catering and personal chef services available throughout the greater Seattle area.
